1 – Ukulele Taster for Adults – Thursday 14th March 2024 – 7:00pm-8:00pm
Join Jacqueline to learn the basics of how to play the ukulele. Bring your own if you have one, but ukuleles available to borrow.
2 – Ukulele intro to Fingerpicking – Thursday 14th March 2024 – 8:15pm-9:15pm
Learn basic fingerpicking on the ukulele. For those who can play the ukulele a little
3 – Lets sing Japanese Folk Songs – Saturday 16th March 2024 – 12:00-1:30pm
Learn folksongs from Akita, and other places in Japan. Ideal for those who do not speak Japanese. No previous singing experience necessary.
4 – Lets’s sing Caribbean Folksongs – Saturday 16th March 2024 – 2:00-3:30pm
Learn to sing folksongs from the Barbados, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago. No experience needed.
5 – Mastering Ukulele Strumming for Adults – Thursday 21st March 2024 – 7:00pm-8:00pm
Improve your playing by understanding strumming. For those who can play the ukulele a little.
6 – Ukulele Jam Session – Thursday 21st March 2024 – – Thursday 21st March 2024 – 8:15pm-9:15pm
Musical fun. Everyone is welcome, whether you have been playing ukulele for weeks or for years!
